Bethany Lucas | Hospitality
Bethany has over 15 years of experience working and managing a variety of areas within the hospitality industry. As a Florida native, Bethany was charmed by the magic and ambience of a bustling dining room as a child, and began working in restaurants at age sixteen. Never looking back, she has committed her career to creating unforgettable dining experiences and building strong teams. She’s managed a variety of venues, from the largest nightclub in New York City, to a quaint French brasserie in Charleston. Her management career has placed her in positions to oversee every facet of the hospitality industry in major markets, which include: London, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Charleston.
Bethany approaches her leadership role with a willingness to help each team member achieve success. She believes in leading by example and setting clear standards for her team members. She strives to set a strong foundation for anyone who joins her team and enters each day with the mindset that life is 10% what happens and 90% how we react. Her take charge attitude allows her to set her teams up for success at all levels, allowing her to oversee all operations to achieve maximum productivity.
Bethany’s experience spans prestigious restaurants and hotels across the country, including Nobu Restaurants and Edition Hotels. Currently she is the Director of Operations for KYU Restaurants where she oversees their Miami and New York locations.
Bethany has been working with the Invictus Hospitality team since 2021, and assists in setting up operations for new venue opening, staff training, and marketing. When she’s not working, Bethany enjoys finding balance by practicing yoga, reading, or playing the piano.
